Panta began its journey more than two decades ago with a clear objective: to manufacture elevator panels that genuinely meet the needs of Iran's elevator industry in terms of design, build quality, and after-sales support. From the outset, we decided not to operate merely as an assembler. Instead, we pursued a development strategy founded on industrial manufacturing, technical expertise, and the creation of independent production infrastructure.
Manufacturing base
Today, Panta operates Iran's largest — and only — industrial elevator-panel manufacturing facility holding an official operating licence. The company was the first in this sector to receive an industrial operating licence from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and has a registered annual production capacity of 120,000 panels.
Achieving this position has required years of investment in manufacturing facilities, equipment, production lines, specialised personnel, and quality-control processes. This capacity enables us to manufacture project-specific and high-volume orders according to defined production schedules and to meet the requirements of elevator companies, major construction developments, commercial towers, and national-scale projects.
Technical ownership
One of the most important distinctions between Panta and many other companies operating in this market is our command of the product's underlying technical knowledge. We do not simply assemble pre-manufactured components. The circuit boards, electronic assemblies, and key components used in Panta products are designed and manufactured in-house and undergo quality control at multiple stages of production.
Retaining our own design and manufacturing expertise ensures that our products remain repairable and serviceable for years to come.
This manufacturing model enables us to exercise greater control over component integration, button quality, and the performance of electronic systems. It is important to us that every product delivered today can continue to be supported in the future.
Commitment after the sale
Our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing is reflected in our service commitment. PANTA products are covered by a 3-year warranty and 10 years of after-sales service, subject to the terms of the project agreement. Our responsibility continues after a product is supplied.
Production after design approval
In addition to quality, delivery time is a critical priority for us. In a construction project, the failure to supply a component on schedule can delay elevator installation and even disrupt the project's overall handover programme. For this reason, we have worked continuously over the years to shorten production lead times without compromising quality.
Our in-house production lines, industrial manufacturing capacity and integrated order-management systems support a production lead time of 7 working days after final design approval by the customer.
This production timeline helps project teams plan the next stages with greater precision. Packing, freight, customs, destination handling, installation and delivery schedules are confirmed separately for each project.
The customer experience
At PantaLift, the customer experience extends beyond product quality. From the moment a quotation request is submitted until the order reaches the customer, every stage must be fast, transparent, and traceable. For this reason, PantaLift's sales, quotation, and pro forma invoicing processes are managed through integrated systems and enterprise software. Our specialists can prepare and send quotations, pro forma invoices, and final invoices quickly, accurately, and in accordance with the specific requirements of each project.
Products are packaged according to the sensitivity of their components and project requirements. Export packing and delivery terms are confirmed for each project.
